Exceptional You is a four month journey to find the life you want to live, not the life you are “supposed” to live. It's all about embracing who you are, not who you think you are “supposed” to be. If you are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—this journey will help you learn to slow down and chart an authentic course for your life. Areas of focus include:
• Nutrition: discover the where, how, when, what, and why of eating.
• Physical Activity: uncover the what, when, why, and much more of
activities best for you
• Wholehearted Living: finding your focus, joy, and purpose to pursue
what you want in life.
Discover ways to cultivate your needs, the courage to fulfill those needs, and compassion to accept our imperfect selves, and ways to connect with others to live a whole-hearted life. You will never look at your life the same way again. This program runs 1-2 times per year.

When it comes to beating sugar addiction, there's no better way to say it. Repeating behaviors and building unhealthy habits over time lead many to rely on sugar for energy, comfort, and convenience. Too often, those habits cause weight gain, stress, and the feeling that eating habits are out of control.
If you want to change what your life is like you have to change what you usually do. The ultimate goal of the Sugar-Free Me program is to create a new normal so that you don't feel as if you're on a diet or depriving yourself or struggling through some other type of temporary willpower phase. Learning the Sugar-Free Me system will allow you to:
• Change how you typically eat
• Create a new way to plan your meals
• Develop healthier behaviors that will become normal
• Successfully do things differently than in the past

The benefits of eliminating sugar from your diet are numerous. Freeing yourself from stress eating and an unhealthy relationship with food while breaking the maddening cycle of willpower struggle > failure > shame > starting over once and for all is the biggest benefit of all.
