Join Mary's Fitness for the 11th Annual Summer Youth Strength & Conditioning Clinic this summer—it's a proven way to get kids moving, having fun, and building lifelong healthy habits for both athletes and non-athletes alike! Registrants must be entering 7th-12th grade, and clinic size is limited to 12 participants total—don't delay because it fills up quickly!

This year's Clinic begins Monday, June 14, 2021 and meets six weeks total from 1:30-2:30 PM, Monday-Thursday:

Monday and Wednesday, Mary's Fitness Studio location

Tuesday and Thursday, Lion's Park

focus on running drills, agility, and explosive power
